Charlotte Nicolson is the Founder and Managing Director of Resolvus Limited. Her passion and experience is within Resourcing and Talent with a career spanning across 25 years. She’s often asked how she has lasted so long in a tough sector and the reason is simple - she loves what she does. No matter what environment or industry ultimately recruitment is about getting people in the right jobs and making a difference to people’s lives, regardless of background. Whether it’s giving someone their first role after being unemployed for several years or coaching internal talent to secure their next promotion or hiring the first female onto an executive board – these, and many more, are the reasons why she does what she does. 
Of course these are the positive outcomes of what goes on behind the scenes. Processes, technology and ways of working have evolved over the years.
